Power Lunch and Learn
December 2022:
We learned 10 Management Tips for Great Leaders: Share information, Focus your time, Say thanks, Raiser your hand, Have fun, Remove obstacles, Set small milestones, Give feedback, Empower through delegation and Adjust your style. We had burgers donated by Paul’s Place in Los Alamitos, learned a little bit about everyone’s bucket list item, played Snowball toss (won by Janae Roberts!), and had a collaborative discussion on how to improve The Youth Center.
