CLASS SELECTION AND DESCRIPTION
Cheer Tumbling (coed)
Weekly 75-minute classes open to beginning, intermediate and advanced cheerleaders. Instruction concentrates on the development of flexibility, strength and body-control useful in sports as well as basic tumbling skills for gymnastic and cheer routines.

No additional fee for Diamond Elite Cheer team members.		 Beginning level

INTRODUCTION TO CHEER
Weekly 60-minute classes offer an introduction to elements of cheerleading and development of skills basic to cheer routines, dance, stunts, jumps, and tumbling.  Designed for participants with little or no experience in cheer but who would like to explore the potential for development.  Skills learned will position participants for try-outs in competitive cheerleading. 

Ages 5-10, Coed

Diamond Elite All Star Cheer Teams (Coed) 5 - 18 yrs.
Competitive coed teams of all skill levels meet twice weekly and are led by talented and experienced coaches certified in stunt progressions, tumbling and safety.  Participants learn routines and enter area competitions in preparation for more advanced placement.

Cheer Tumbling class is included for all Cheer Team members. Enrollment is not mandatory		 Youth team practices:
        Tuesdays & Fridays
              6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Senior team practice:
         Mondays & Thursdays
              6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Diamond Elite All Star Hip Hop Class/Team

Competitive team meets once weekly and is let by a professional hip hop dancer. Participants learn routines and enter area competitions		 Team practices:

In the event that the Gymnastics Center is required for military use, activities may be relocated and / or rescheduled.  Session start dates are tentative based on actual military use.
